How does this money back guarantee work?

If you want to cancel your purchase and get your money back, please fill out the contact form within 14 days from the day of purchase. We will register your application and issue a Product Return Number (PAN) and return address. You can send the product back using Omniva parcels, Latvijas Pasta or any other courier service.

The shipping costs of returning the product shall be borne by the Buyer.

After receiving the goods, we will transfer the purchase amount to the bank account number specified by you. This 14-day money-back guarantee does not affect your consumer rights in accordance with the law.
